At Hem & Haw, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of product delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Returns are applicable only if:
> Wrong product received
> Size issue
> Manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable items

Exchange Policy

Size exchange is allowed once per order, subject to stock availablity
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund (as applicable)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect
A flat return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns not caused by defects or errors from our side
