Return & Refund Policy

At Hem & Haw, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns are applicable only if:
    > Wrong product received
    > Size issue
    > Manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Clearance sale items (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund (as applicable)
    Note: Size exchange is available. Reverse pickup & re-shipping charges of ₹100 will be applicable

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Full video of opening the packaging will be required in case different product is received than ordered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect
  • A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns not caused by defects or errors from our side
  • The ₹50/- COD charges WILL NOT be refunded.

Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

In the event that a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse due to non-availability of the customer, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the delivery, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted as shipping charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.

  • Do not send product back without prior confirmation.
